I can not believe that tomorrow the adventure begins! I have concentrated so much of my prep time on raising money and getting all the paperwork in order and not as much time on BEING PREPARED! I have really found myself putting the “growth” part of my day on hold because I know Mexico is in the future. THe Lord has constantly had to remind me that HE IS A GOD OF THE PRESENT! and that He cares just as much about this day as he does the day I leave for Mexico!
I can not wait to meet everyone tomorrow! I am becoming very sad to leave.. I spent time in Columbia and had my friends at the lake for a goodbye and it was so surreal! I’ll have to say, saying goodbye to my young friends (wpc youth group) was one of the hardest things I have had to do! I love those youth like they are my own brothers and sisters and I am so grateful for the summer with them.. THEY TAUGHT ME SO MUCH! I will miss their shining faces! My parents are driving me down to gainesville… so that should be hard as well! Please pray for me tomorrow and through my time camping outside! Just because it is where the Lord wants me.. does not mean I wont be sad to leave!
PRAISE THE LORD FOR HIS PROVISIONS! ALL and then some! of my support came in! I am so grateful to my Church Family for all that they did to help support me financially.. I could NOT have done it without them!
