Hello ALL!
I am so sorry that I have not written until now! I have been very busy trying to raise money and figure out what shots I have had etc! I am incredibly excited to be apart of this team! I have only known for about a month that this is where I would be going in the fall. I have a lot of money left to raise.. BUT GOD IS PROVIDING and is so FAITHFUL. About two weeks ago I was upstairs working on my support letters and my dad called me downstairs to meet a man and his daughter who may be moving into the house beside us and I began telling him a little bit about Mexico etc. A week later My dad calls and says that this man (i had never met him until that day) wanted to give me two hundred dollars toward the trip! MY FIRST GIFT!!!I am continuously humbled by the Lord’s provisions especially in this circumstance because it was NOTHING I did!!! So PRAISE GOD! I am slowly but surely getting money in… so please pray for my continued trust in the Lord’s provisions. I hope you are all doing well in all that you are doing this summer and getting organizated (there is so much to do) before we head off! cant wait for september 12th!!
